أقيم يوم أمس حفل جوائز نقابة المخرجين The Directors Guild Awards، وكان المخرج Alfonso Cuarón المتصدر من بين المرشحين حيث حصد جائزة إخراج أخرى عن فلمه Gravity.
ليزيد هذا الفوز من توقعات نتائج الأوسكار بالنسبة لأفضل مخرج من بين المرشحين عن العام 2013.
من أهم المخرجين المرشحين المخرجة جيهان نجيم مصرية الأب عن أم أمريكية والتي فازت بجائزة أفضل مخرج في فئة الأفلام الوثائقية، وكذلك الفنان Bryan Cranston عن فئتي المسلسلات الكوميدية والدرامية، ولم يحالفه الحظ في أي منهما.
